10.07.08: Baseball

For July 10th we booked an activity out of the events plan from our school. We decided to go to a baseball game – finally is this one of the famous ball games here in Canada. Following on the lessons we took a bus to the Nat Bailey Stadium. The game between the VANCOUVER CANDIANS and the SPOKANE INDIANS (Washington, USA) started at 7:05 pm in a relativ big stadium with a field formed as a fourth circle. It was longbreathed and we didn’t understand all the rules... So we had fun with the other students and the crazy break entertainments. Like common we ate HotDog and Frensh Fries and drank a beer respectively we mixed Sprite with beer – but there was no beer taste?! Now we know that the most Canadian Beer is very light except some specialities -)) Arround 2.5 hours later we left the stadium and until now we don’t know which team won the match...
