29.06.08: arrival in North Vancouver our new home for the next weeks

On Sunday the 29th of June Jana and I arrived exhausted but happy in North Vancouver to bring back the rented car and to go to our host families.

My family is really, really cute. There is John (Swiss guy, born in Basel!) and Melina (Mexican ancestry). On the first day I met also Felicitas, their daughter and her husband and later their son Alex and his wife arrived. Additionally there were also a (Swiss) couple on a visit and the two girls from the neighbourhood were also there!
During my stay here Stefanie (German girl) will also stay with me here. I’m really glad to have another student here, without her I would have been lost in this city quite a few times. :)
