In the last 14 days we drove approx. 3600 km through a tiny part of British Columbia. Have a look on the photo – we marked the exactly route in a map.
Shortly our impressions:
• everything is bigger = bigger is better! :)
• the land is very green and wide – true wilderness
• the most Canadians are hospitable
• aware of the bears - it’s really bear land! :)
• turn right is mostly aloud
• suisse people are always welcome (…organized, tidy, always in time…)
• it is too cold in shops and restaurants
• the weather can change very quickly – especially in the mountains
• Coffee = black water, otherwise a big range of good teas
• Air-conditions in every public building or means of travel – if essential
or not... - brrrrr
